In 2009, at Sisak TPP the construction of a gas combined-cycle cogenerating unit C 
230 MWe + 50 MWt began. 
The new plant consists of one gas turbine of 160 MWe with its own generator, one steam turbine of 80 MWe with a generator and a HRSG. 
The steam turbine has a controlled steam bleeding for the needs of steam supply to the district heating system of the city of Sisak of 50 MWt.
